is there Free CTI for OXE?

Hello Everyone,

my name is ajay and i work in a company in germany.

For while now I´ve kinda been in charage of phone related stuff.

If we get a new branch or a branch would want a new phone system i contact an Alcatelpartner and they built it and set it up and I just do basic support like changing numbers doing groups and stuff like that.

We have a few OXO´s in our company, however recently one of our branches upgraded from an OXO to an OXE and now as its done, our Alcatelpartner did not mention that pimphony does not work with an OXE.

Now my first question is, is that true ? and if so is there any alternative?

Not really. You need Open Touch for a softphone application.

Pimphony is only for OXO. As tot says for oxe you need OpenTouch or maybe TAPI? But still will need licenses on oxe side. There is no free solution.

sure,
like you said there is nothing free for OXE. You need opentouch, or csta licenses and a CTI-software. We sell 2 different cti-software, mostly estos procall, and secondly c4b X-Phone. Both are server/client systems for windows with clients for mobile devices.

There is also an possibilty to use a other solution. With v24 Adapter and a server. User uses a small client. But i didnt know the Name of the Software i will check my Mails tomorrow

We use and sell also CTI and UCC Server Xphone Connect. it works with OXE and OXO.
I think it is a little bit cheaper to buy as Opentouch.

the funniest thing is... We all know how long it takes to install opentouch. The Estos Procall system is ready to use in half an hour with ad integration and odbc connectors to show the data of crm/billing system or any other databases fot incoming call recognition...
