forward a pilot to external (mobile) phone

Hi Guys,

Wondering if you can help me on this one....
I'm no CCS expert ( in fact I know nothing..)

How can I forward a pilot to an external number?

is it via this:

General Forwarding

General Forwarding Activation + False
General Forwarding On Rule + True
General Forwarding Directory Nb : --------
General Forwarding Guide No. : 55
General Forwarding Guide Timer : 100
â”‚ General Forwarding Guide Diff Nb : 0

If I create an internal number wich is imm.forwarded to the mobile number. Filling this internal number in at General Forw.Dir. It doesn't work.

Do with direct abbreviated number a,d it must work

It's correct. You have to use an DIRECT abbr. nb. and then it works just fine.
I have done it many times.

You can eighter do it on the pilot, or make an PG and put the nb. in there.
