Timer stop ringing

Hello!

Is there a special timer for duration ring tone on OXE?
For example, user1 makes call to user2. User 2 doesn’t answer. By default ringing state will continue infinitely.
I’d like that ring stops after some second (10 sec, for example).

I’ve found timer 9.
“Ring tone timer: if the person called does not answer before this timer elapses, the caller gets the busy tone.
Timer for ringing before overflow on internal call (as of R4.2).”

I’ve set unit = 100 (*100 ms) = 10 sec.
But phone continues ringing after 10 sec.
Not clear what could be the problem?

You need manage timers (9 and 4) and manage overflow - phone feature COS, dynamic state user (read system doc/ user services/ forwarding and overflow).
