IP touch 4018 phone PRI line "feature rejected" error

Good Day !

I am facing an issue with the PRI Line of my IP touch 4018 phone. When I press 9, it takes me to the PRI for outside calls. Here, when I start dialing the phone number, it shows me a "feature rejected" error message. I was using this feature before normally, but right now I can't make my outside calls because of this issue. I want to know what went wrong and how can I rectify the issue.

Kindly help me with the needful information. Your help will be appreciated.

hello.. Thank you for the reply.
The problem is with only one phone and all other phones in the network are working fine. It is showing the same error even when I tried to connect it in some other location. The extensions, incoming calls etc are working fine. The problem is only with the PRI line when I try to call outside the office. "Feature Rejected". Before it was having this feature working normally.

Check your public category and phone category. Compare to them

Sorry, I am new to this .. Can u give me a brief explanation pls ..
Is there any chance of losing this feature by dialing any predefined code in the phone by mistake ? ( like #27# or something like that)

usually problem like yours - come from some changing - entity No. or IP domain.
Problem with entity/discriminator selector or TG number (for ARS, when TG source - entity or IP domain).

But may be problem with Public access COS.
