issue in external forwarding call

Dear All,
I have facing issue in external forwarding calls. when i forward my intercom no on my mobile no & then i dialed my intercom no by any external no (any mobile no) then ring not coming on my intercom no.

Hi,
First thing is coming to my brain is that you're internal phone is not allowed to external forward.
See... I don't know in English... "Catégorie d'accès réseau public" = public network access category ? Something like that.

Please be more precise and describe us :
- what is behaviour of your Alcatel phone when you activate a forward ? The model of the phone ?
- Is the incoming call ringing on your Alcatel phone or somewhere else ?
