4059EE application automatically on top

Hi,

Is there any way to make 4059EE application windows automatically selected when there is a new incoming call.
The thing is that operators have 2 monitors in one of them there is the console and in the other one they have other applications, if they are working in another window they need to click in 4059EE windows to pick the call.

Any ideas?

i think not automatically.
you can switch very fast with a special key (the one on top on the right side), when working with the (of course very big) alcatel usb keyboard.
on the standard keyboard you can use the pause/break key.
