4059EE Port unreachable

Hi,

I have a problem when the creation a new attendant in OXE R11.1. I have created group and set to 4059EE. After that I have installed software 4059EE R1.6.17, Then I tried to connect and the process it did not complete, I attached the wireshark livecapture (unreachable port

). Any idea about this?

Is this Trave in oxe or from PC? Maybe the firewall of PC or domain rule overwrites the local rule. Have you tried to start with right click start as administrator
