Monitoring Alcatel 4400 SNMP

Hi,
How can I set and configure SNMP Community name so I can retrieve information from our PBX A4400 ? We use Ipswitch WhatsUP for monitoring network and communication infrastructure. I am investigating the possibilty to monitor our a4400 PBX for failures.
Anyone has this in place or can guide me on how to do it?

The PCX requires a license to do snmp. Please refer to the system documentation for instructions on how to configure.

Snmp documentation is in the system documentation. You can find sys docs at the top of this page where it is flashing in BIG font 'Alcatel System Documentation'
