dumpsave: Cannot read the file header (/dev/crashdump)

Hi

My system with CPU7-2 and Release R9.0, and now my system display with issue:

dumpsave: Cannot read the file header (/dev/crashdump)
read #1: Input/output error

And the system cannot startup, please help

HD problem maybe...so put a new HD, install system and restore last backup (hope you have one)

when i check with incvisu i saw with
2685=MAO error by call-handling: obj RAL_STATION op MAO_SAVE
INCIDENT NUMBER: 2685
Network indicator: Alcatel 4400
OBJECT CLASS: Dhs3x_node
EVENT TYPE: ProcessingErrorAlarm (10)
PROBABLE CAUSE: Unknown (0)
SEVERITY: Minor

Please help, i think the mao file error

As said, change HD. I/O means write error
