Phone Directory upload

I am using Alcatel ip Touch 40x8EE phones with a asterix based PBX. All seems working fine except the phone directory!
Is there any method to upload the phone directory to the phone via the TFTP server while the phone tries to download the config files?
Or is there any telnet commands that i can use to manually insert phone directory numbers?
