Cannot transfer direct to VM 4059EE

Customer removing Windows XP from environment, so forced to upgrade from old 4059. Installed new version for customer (4059EE 1.6.2.3).

Now "Voicemail" key is missing as option after recipient is searched.

Also cannot dial extension, then 8 (VM deposit Suffix).

I was able to program a key with a prefix I created for VM deposit. This is working as a work around for now, but the customer wants the "Voicemail" button back.
