hi,

I'm using a prefix 9 to dial for external call using T2/E1 and when I seize the secondary tone the timer is too long.
May I know which parameter can I adjust the length of the said dial tone.

Find out the tone number you are using to seize the trunk. Go to tones in System and enter the tone number. You can change the duration of basic tone there.
