Hi,

Some of our phones have the message light on, when we click it, it says that we have an unanswered call, when we try to call back it says "service Refused" and the led keep's on.

What we want is to turn off that led, is that possible?

strange. haven't seen such a problem before... someone has sent a callback on free set... maybe this set has no right to use callback.
check the telephone feature cos regarding callback.

For callback - Phone COS - item Local service/Consult callback list (if item enabled and prefix dialled - callback canceled or not)?
