Hi All,

Suddenly in my site we faced issue when i dial external through ARS prefix there is no RBT and calls getting established but silence what could be the issue ?

It was working earlier suddenly what happened i m not sure

Can anybody tell whether this issue from service provider PRA or from OXE

IN t3 trace i can able to see the calls establishing

I will share the t3 trace but there is blank call for both incoming and outgoing as well this was happening for Service provider calls and we have avaya and oxe for that no issue i can able to call and i can hear RBT

Now It got rectified automatically is this issue with release 11.1 l301.37 ?

when i dial external no through ARS prefix it is showing Out of service but the PRA card is up and there where no errors in PRA card as well and there were no t3 trace what could be the issue ?

change protocol type in your ARS to dependent on trunk group or other item and test it if it dose not work change protocol type in network routing number.

Suddenly when i receiving a incoming and making external PRA calls there is blank communication (call got answered)and there is no RBT also

But i can able to see the channels are getting busy this was happening to me third time

Has anyone faced the similar issue with R11.1 L1.301.37

I tried replaced the GD-3 card and tried rebooted the system but the issue still persists

do you have analog or ua phones in the same shelf like the pra... if yes, try to make calls from this type of phones...

Even with analog phone same issue and it was happening more than 5th time

Should upgrade the patch will resolve the issue ???
