External call doesn´t work

Dear All,

I am new in Omnix PCX enterprise, we are starting setup in our company.

When we try to perform dial to external number from company ( using public telephony company) , so system return acess denied,
anyone knows what can be , or what features i must check in mgr ?

incoming calls from outside (any external number from public telephony company ) are working well, just outbound calls don´t work

Public Network COS (if call denied by category),
or discriminator rules - if dialled number not exist in discriminator.

Don't expect a step by step as we don't know your discriminator, entities, category configuration.
Better ask the guy who did the installation until.you get a proper document from them or a basic training. You can mess with something that works.

System documentation has good examples. Download it from the forum (search) and read it in detail.

I checked in forum forum , but i didn t find anything,
i need document that explain beginners concepts, like entities, trunks, discriminator, and others
if you have something, could you send me ?

There is no such thing as beginners concepts... you need system documentation as Cav said and practice and time!!!
