Factory reset 8039 Deskphone

How do I factory reset Alcatel 8039 Deskphone? I don't know the operator password. Please help.

Hi,
You can try to restart the device in industrial mode can you try this one in 8039 as well
Disconnect/ Power off the set
Reconnect/ Power on the set and push all keys i 1 2 3 simultaneously
Press keys until you get the below mesage
Stuck keys (1) (2) (3)
After that Telnet to phone via putty and enter the command reset flash
After that reset
Configure the PC with IP address 192.168.1.6 and subnet 255.255.255.0

8039 deskphone is not IP phone so this method cannot work as I cannot telnet into the phone.

Are you using OXO if are using OXO you can try to reset the password
May I know Why you need to do factory reset ?

I cannot access the operator mode in the phone as I don't know the password. I guess reset is the only option to access operator mode. I have connected the phone to OXO device. Can i reset the passwords using OXO?

I tried using OMC but the reset option is disabled there.

In password option it is showing as default password but I cannot access operator mode with default password.
