One way audio in outgoing call

Hi,

We have STC SIP connected to an OXE.

Incoming is not at all working, gives a wrong number prompt.

Outgoing is one way audio. Can anyone guide for the resolution.

Also, if anyone can let me know where to find the IP compression type parameter that was in the Trunk group parameters in old releases.

because the STC SIP provider is saying that codec from there side is G711. In OXE , where do we exactly change the codec for trunk .

since release 11.2 the trunk codec is change from "SIP EXT Gateway" menu with option "Type of codec negotiation".

403 forbidden usually occurs when authentication has problem, if you set the correct user and password, then add the remote IP address in the "Trusted IP Addresses".

Hi Fery,

After adding the SIP provider IP in Trusted IP address , the incoming calls are working.

But the issue for both incoming and outgoing is same , one way audio.. :(

check the RTP port range in your firewall , maybe firewall blocked them, also check the ip phone's ip range has route to and from provider ip range.
