Timer for voice guide 252

Dear,

Set A is locked
Set B use a substitution prefix in order to unlock set A. Set B will be heard a voice guide 252 "this extension is locked, to cancel please dial 45"

In my system, the time play of this voice guide is too short, so how can I increase timer for this voice guide? I don't know what timer is used.
