all users do not appear in /logins?

Does anybody know what makes a user appear or not appear in /logins? I only get 30 logins back.. my system has 128 devices. Even if I filter out all that are a slave/secondary in a tandem, I still get way more than 30

can you check if your device have the A4980 right ?

that explains it.. my device templates don't contain the A4980 rights. If I filter by these rights and remove the tandems, I get the 30 that are returned
