TAPI license

Hello,
How could I check if I have TAPI license (for connecting external IVR on my PRA)?
What is more needed to fully exchange information between my PABX and IVR system?

In the console, "spadmin", option 2, then look at license 114 I think

TAPI for PRA ?
TAPI is for users / lines
PRA is "PSTN"
So i think that this is not the way it should go.
