Hi,
How do I use PHD Relay in OXO?

Start a trouble ticket with Alcatel explaining your problem.
They will send you a file you can load with PHD Relay.
Make a few call or sometime wait till the problem returns.
Omni makes a logfile localy
Copy this file to PC using PHD Relay and mail it to your support engineer.

Thanks for your reply. Is there no other way I can view the log myself on the ISDN trunks with the OXO? Nothing through HTTP?

From OMC600/15.1b you can use PHD instead of PHDrelay with R5 and R6 of OXO. More info in TC 0113 of OXO.
