Hello,

we are using IpDesktopSoftphone in the newest Version and are having big Problems with the new Windows 10 1809 Update.
From the Moment the Computer upgraded the Softphone is not working correctly anymore.
It crashes directly if you try to start it or if you try to enter your Phone number.

Is anyone experiencing similar issues with the new Windows Update?

Any help is appreciated.

If using McAffee stop virus scanner and try to start IPDesktopSoftPhone.

have you turned off/stopped the WinDefender? Antivirus? Firewall? These thing use to prevent the execution of some software like IpDeskphone, Pimphony, etc.
