Hi ,
i've configured 4760 account , its ok iam getting the outgoing call recorded but the problem is that randomly iam getting the last part of the called number as stars (*) although there is no mask ,,
P.S the * are not regulated ,some times digit number 8 sometimes 9 etc..i modified interdigit time but it does change nothing.

Are you sure that it's totaly randomly?
I cant see how you get stars if it's not configured to do masking.

Maybe you have a signalling problem, and looses one digit?

Are there possible to mask it in the OXO ??

hi..

Go into the accounting section in the mgr (under applications), and be sure that 'masked numbers' or something like that is set up to 0. Generally, if the masking comes from the PBX, you will have * , and if it comes from the 4760 you will have - (or the other way, I don t remember).

thanks ,thats great ,despite working on the 4760 and the system iam now working only on the system side , as long as its giving stars,,it seems its a bug
