Creating Vlice Vlan on 6860 -- like mobile-tag works on 6450

I have been able to create a moblie-tag on the 6450 that puts all phone connected into the voice vlan. The 6860 does not have the same commands. Below are the commands for the 6450. does anyone know the commands for the 6860

Voice port auto
lldp network-policy 1 application voice vlan 254 l2-priority 3 dscp 46
lldp chassis tlv med network-policy enable
lldp chassis med network-policy 1
vlan 254 moblie-tag enable
vlan port moblie 1/1

The commands work up too vlan 254 moblie-tag enable
