Hello,

I am using a IP touch 4038, and when i get a call i struggle to read the name of the caller as it cuts off the bottom 2-3 Pixels?
the rest of the display for the phone is perfect, only seems to be the caller name.

Any ideas? or is this just a "Feature" of the phone?

is it the callee an oxe's user ? Did u check Under user how the name will be displayed ? check also if it's Direct Abbrev.No Pref
