Having trouble getting calls not answered routing to overflow group.

In ACD general paramaters i have placed a hunt group number in Transfer No. but the calls only route to this number if the call centre agents are all logged off in day mode.

Is there a way of calls routing to the overflow hunt group if the ACD group is busy or a time out ?

this parameter is for alert the supervisor, not for overflow the call.
If you need a time out tranfer, only you can transfer the call to another acd group.
Another solution is put queue length = 0 and in gestion des appels/disuasion/transfer number... be careful because the transfer is half-supervised and the ACD lost the call.

And the best solution is change the alcatel ACD for the Jusan Fidely. Is 100% integred with Alcatel and for the "same" price has more options
