External Calls forward to internal

Hi guys,
Someone from the GSM number is calling the user's external number. When my user did not answer, he directed his phone to his teammate, that is, he wrote an extension number, but this is not working. We cannot transfer an outside number to an inside person over the phone. Can you help me?
