4018EE - How to reset it for use with Asterisk?

Hi Guys.

I'm from Italy; and I've got this Alcatel-Lucent 4018EE from a clearence sale.

I don't know which software version it's running; but I would like to connect it to my existing Asterisk PBX Server.
I have all the necessary files (Bin4018, Noesip4018, Datsip4018, Sipconfig, Sipconfig-MAC and Lanpbx) and I created the configs according to the Alcatel-Lucent guide; but it seems like the phone won't load the new configuration.

If I start the phone normally, it goes through all the steps up to "no tftp response".
If I press i+# through the "2/5 network setup", it asks me the Password; but no 0000, 1234 or 1515 do work.
If I start the phone in "Industrial Mode" pressing i+1+2+3, it says "sntdlone mode -> reset" and then "connected". But I can't use Telnet to reach it, as Tenlet replies "Connection failed"; and if I try to ping 192.168.1.1, it fails as well. Of course, my PC is set as 192.168.1.16 and I have TFTD64 running on it.

Naturally, I don't have with me and OXO or and OXE Server; and the original equipment is not available as I think is either broken or it has been sold to someone else.

How could I convert this 4018EE into a SIP device?

Thanks a lot in advance!

I’ll add another info.

If I run “Wireshark” on my PC and let it run normally, the phone registers as 10.123.200.34 and asks for 10.123.200.10 at the early boot stage (when “2/5 network setup” appears) and then asks for 10.123.200.1 when it goes to “connecting”.

I tried to set the TFTP server with both IP addresses without any luck...

If I start it with i+1+2+3, it shows connected as 192.168.1.1 but even if I set the IP on my machine with 192.168.1.6 I’m not able to Telnet it...
