OMNIPCX LOSES IBS AFTER TWO OR THREE DAYS

Dear All,
I have problem with an omnipcx .After 2 or 3 days lose the connection with the IBS device and a PBX reset is needed.After the reset everything is normal again.Does any body knows what the broblem could be .

What does incvisu show?

Are all IBS failing after 2/3 days?

It would help us to post the incvisu, infocs, config all, dectinfo 0, dectinfo 3 command results, really used CPU Type and the used software version.
