Padlock

Hi all,
I am facing a problem with padlock feature. When the extension is padlocked, if i try to seize the trunk by dialing 0, it asks me to enter my padlock password, if i do..it gives dial tone & i am able to make calls.
I don`t want this to work.instead if i want to make calls, i should first release padlock & then able to make calls.
I checked in phone facility categories, but in vain..can`t find an solution..
Can any one help me on this?

Hi. It is not a problem. The system will always ask you for the padlock password when you want you seizure a trunk group.

But you can disable it, right tincho.rn?
I have something in my mind but can't remember at all.
I think it was working if the trunk is managed w/o barring. (-1 and Number of digits to send = 30)

But to answer Sudhindras question: I know no way to do that.

Yes, thats right. If you manage Number Compatible With = -1 (and of course Number of Digits to Send) then the system don´t ask for the set password.

Or make call through speed dial without barring.

I did programmed number compatible to -1 & number of digits to send = 30,
but still not able to solve this.
Is there any other way?

Hi. I suppose you are not using ARS. Use Tronk Group Seizure directly. Regards.
