CCS Ghost

Post by CoastHills »

We often get a ghost in Queue on our CC. The ghost acts as if they were stuck in queue for 20 or 30 minutes but there seems to not actually be anyone.

Any ideas.

Me too, I have had the same problem and Alcatel (of course) has said us to put a patch ( d2.314.7l ) and we haven't. If you just want to break the ghost; reinitialize the process AFE via mtcl : dhs3_init main_afe

We have patch m and still a ghost.

FYI - we have patch M and are still getting the ghost.

The only solution is in the hand of alcatel; we've already look for a long time..

Good luck but if you find an another solution, I want to know...

FYI, after this bug, we've had agent in w"wrap up" during 20-30 mn too without reason.
Alcatel has done a patch Q for that!

CoastHills,

have you managed correctly the levels of parking guides; they must have the option "cut authorized"

hi !

If the ghost go away after a certain amount of time, it might be related to a timer. Check the file in

/usr3/afe/parameters.cfg

and look for the field called TempoPiTicketBlocked

 As soon as a call arrive on a CCD object, a communication
ticket is created. If the call last more than this timer, the communication ticket is closed and the call is no more dealt by the AFE application and so, desapear from the CCS display.

Did you check also the /usr4/afe/exxxxxxx.log (xx represents the day of the log had been created)
