Alcatel Skillbased Configuration Manuals

Hello all, I am looking for a set of documents to help our IT/Telco staff gain knowledge on the Alcatel 4400 Skillbased call routing. We currently use Hunt groups, but need to advance to Skill Based. Thank you.

Skill Based routing is part of the Alcatel Contact Centre Solution (CCX). You will not find any documentation on it without attending a training course. At least not on this site.
