Greeting message for external call

Good afternoon, I'm new to Alcatel. I received the following task
On a large Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise PBX with OXE(VPBX OMNI), configure the following functionality:
When dialing an external line, you must play a voice message and give the opportunity to dial the internal telephone number; if the number is not entered within 10 seconds, continue with default routing.
I found in the menu such functions as:
Welcome message and voice guidance
But in their menu in the OXE web interface, I don’t understand how you can bind to these functions:
1 Trunk lines or DIDs or maybe you need to attach a greeting message to hunt groups?
2 The voice message file itself, how to add it to Greetings or Voice guide (Where to find information about which files are supported)
3 There may be something else I need to know before setting up this functionality.

I have studied the information and plan to do the following:
1. Create a Disa Prefix for my external number
2. Upload a VG file to my PBX using AAS- with the number 106 (remember this is the return number that corresponds to DISA? Or maybe a link to the documentation where I can study it)

Are there any other pitfalls- for example, languages that are assigned to numbers and licenses, etc.?

I will be glad for any help, I can study the documentation myself, but unfortunately Alcatel is quite closed and I could not find the documentation. Thank you in advance.

If I need any licenses for this functionality, please write which ones I will check if I have them

Ars in better this case
my system has come with a specific voice guide N°515 'in french" : attention vous n'empreinter le reseau le moins chers pour obtenir votre correspondant , vous pouvez rappler plus tard ou attendre l'etablissement de la communication"
