help file /working deleted

help! yesterday im type command rm working and restart
and typing copy certified working make-running-directory not worked at typing write memory flash-synchro as same not worked

in this file inside /working deleted

since you deleted the working folder, all you can do (if you dont have a backup to manually upload) is 'copy certified working'
and then, if the config you are currently running is different than the one in certified (the one you also just copied to working) then you can overwrite it and save it properly again.
