Reservation Timer 188

Hi,

I want to shorten the time which an attendant can reserve an internal phone.
I have configured timer 188 to 200. Which should translate to 20 seconds. But the reservation is infinite.
In the documentation it states that timer 188 does the following "Timer for release of set reserved by attendant"
