OmniPCX Enterpreis, Version R100.1
Alcatel IP Desktop Softphone 12.1.3
It is possible to save incoming calls if IP Desktop Softphone (out of service) isn’t started yet?
Best regards
berzoli
Hi! - I moved the server over the week end to handle the daily incoming connections (about 200K/day) but it looks like I aimed too low for the resources. I'm going to have to move this server (hopefully for the last time) this week. I'm sorry for the interruption.

Define "save incoming calls".
If the IP Phone is not started, calls will go to associated number -or voicemail-, if enabled in the class of service.

Hi, I think he means callers list. I have the same questions about missed calls with SIP Extension:
Why are no missed calls displayed in the OpenTouch client when the PC is turned off?

Agreed.
This should be a feature request.

The IP Desktop Softphone V.12.1.3 is set up as the main device without voicemail. If we close the IP Desktop Softphone and an internal call comes in, the caller sees "Out of Service." Only softphones are in operation.
Is it possible to disable the "Out of Service" functions without forwarding the number to voicemail? The call should receive a ringing signal when the softphone is not started, rather than being displayed as "Out of Service."
Respectfully,
Zoltan
