Please help me if you are aware of how to configure the automated attenadant in oxo r3.1 as i have the soft license opened but still iam unable to activate it .
Make sure that in 'Software Key Features', the Auto Attendant license actually says 'Open' in both columns (Purchased and Actually running).
Depending on how you want to run things, you can either put the voicemail ports into the main attendant group (group 1 should be day and group 2 should be night), or you can dynamically route the attendant group to the main voicemail group (500 by default).
When the call goes into the voicemail, you will hear it say 'you are connected to our automatic attendant. please press star' (at least that's what it says in australia).
You can turn off the 'Press Star Option' and modify the layout of the Automatic Attendant under Voice Processing > Auto Attendant.
