4635 - customising the navigation menu

We've recently replaced our 4645 with a 4635 voicemail system. Users are annoyed by the navigation path to record a new personal greeting as they do this every day (ie ##pwd# 4 3 1 2 1 ).

Is there a way of customising the navigation so that users could (for example) press ## pwd # 9, and then immediately start recording their personal greeting?

Ha no, this you can't change....

bit late I know but if the users have spare 'programmable keys' then you can store the whole string in one of them. Might need to insert a couple of extra #'s here or there to pad it out if needed.

Or create speed dials for each user (again may need to pad the string)
