The ACTIS tool comes with a site photography tool allowing you to extract the system configuration for import into the ACTIS program.

I can log into 4400 and oxe's no problem using a analogue modem but when i login and use the site photography tool the system looks as though it is downloading files but allways comes up as "download failed".

Any help ?

Also what directory would i need to access if i was to extract the files manually ?

not sure about CRAPTIS :lol: but file locations etc.. as follows;

1. Log in to swinst and perform a backup of OPS. This will save the correct board positions and relevant files to the right location.

2. Then log in via mtcl and change directory to /usr4/BACKUP/OPS and ftp all files from there to your PC. If dialled in via modem then enter command;

(1)xa000001> gkermit -i -s *.*

A prompt will then appear and tell you to switch on your local kermit to receive the files. Procomm will sense this and automatically start receiving the files.
