Automatic routing prefix Changes routing table

has anyone ever come across this
If you change some settings in the Automatic routing prefix or routing list the OXO's IP routing table is either corrupted or lost.
This has happened to me twice now and this is the info I got from my service provider.

Is there a way to avoid this.
