Hi there,
i want to see wich calls are going out and wich are going in... for example an employee missed a call and just clicks right on his Explorer to open a webpage with ALL calls going in.
Does the OmniPCX log incomming calls? if yes, where can i find the logs and how can i read them out?
greetings, Fabian
Dialing Lists? Viewing and printing possible?

I Think you should use PimPhony. In Pimphony you can open a Call Log
( Journal in Geram ) witch logs every Call, outgoing, incomming, answerd - not answered Call routed to the voice mail. But every extentions has it's own Call Log. You have to install PimPhony on every client Workstation who wants to use this feature

- By default, a non answered call on a set with display set up the LED on the set with 'non answered call' on the display
- Using PIMphony, the call log exist by default (PIMphony is basic and free)
- You can install a printer, and activate on every set the 'survey' or whatever you call it in english so it will print all incoming / outgoing calls on the printer
- finally, you can install 4760 and create reports on users

Tanks, but we are allready using PIMphony but it is not absolutly free, you can set up 10 connectens, if you want more connections you have to bye the licenses from Alcatel, or isnt it so? Another Problem is that every Desktop has 2 phones, pimphony only provides support for 1 Number and not for 2.
@ frank
Where can i setup da "Printer" ? didnt read something about this yet, but i wil ltake a look this weekend, thanks for the reply

You will need to add a 4039/V24 plugware. This gives a V24 connection that will output all call data system wide as an ascii .csv data stream.
You can use the 4760 application, a third party software package or capture teh data yourself and process it after.
Hope this helps

Ooops, typo, it's a 4093. It is a plugware that plugs into any UA port on the OXO, the same os all the others, so you can slot it under a 4020/4035.kaype wrote:hi
4039 is a phone or isn´t it? Is there a Plugware wich a can set up with a 4020 oder 4035 Phone to get the V24 connection?
What is the 4760 Application? didn´t find anything about it.
thanks for any reply, Fabian
4760 is the Alcatel system and call management app, it may not be availabel in all countries, I know we don't use it here in Australia. But any 3rd party call management application should work.
The output format is basically the same as the 4200 series.

As far as i remember i got an 4094 with CTI option, this should be the same or isnt it so?
Can i set up every printer with a v24 port on this CTI Adapter?
Is this 4760 App freeware for Alcatel OXO User.
What for 3rd Party software?!
Sorry for my newbie Questions, i cant understand that this is such a big problem ...

I thought the 4094 was an S0/CTI adapter for putting ISDN devices on?kaype wrote:As far as i remember i got an 4094 with CTI option, this should be the same or isnt it so?

The 4093 is the V24 plugware.
4760 app is not freeware and can be expensive (here in Australia anyway).
3rd party software can be such as this,

There are others, we use a local one made in Australia, google or talk to your local Alcatel dealer for recommendations?
It's good to ask questions, you don't get any answers without them
