Can't Access the console port

We have a OmniAccess 4308 and we don't have to access the console port. We all try the possible way based on what document said but sad to say nothing could be happened. Is there someone who can teach me the other way around to access the console port or do you thing that the console port having a problem?

Can you share the pin console cable configuration... tnx a lot for those people who answer my big problem..

Use a Cisco connector.

We have an other problem, we don't know the default password on this device. Can you advice what is the default password? tnx again

Well,

You have set up the password during the "initial configuration" phase of the device.
Ask the person who did that or use password recovery method.

Sir how I do that, when everytime enter the console management they ask me to enter the password. But the problem I don't know the password.
