OXE - R.6.1.1 Not showing IP Touch 4008

Dear All,
In OXE - R.6.1.1
Static Patch - F2.502.5...I am trying to create the IPTouch 4008 users...IP Touch 4008 It's not even in the set type...Any idea's...
Note : I get IP Touch 4018 & 4028

If I remember - 4008 is a new member of the IPtouch family and was only introduced in Release 7 onwards

Knight hit the nail on the head...you need to upgrade for 4008 to work.

Hi torrent...i got a nail now....thanks for that...but cau u guyz pls confirm...system has to be upgraded to R.7 or even 6.2 is fine...

You wont be able to upgrade to 6.2. You will have to upgrade to at least 7.0

You can upgrade to what ever release you want, but you have to pay for the R8.0 license.

and also SMS....if you didn't pay like 3 years, then on this new one you will have to pay those 3 years as well. As any other company by the way...
