CLIP on APA boards

Hi All,

Need some help with the following; My customer has an APA-4 board (Part No. 3EH73031BBAF 02) that does not give pass CLI on incoming calls. The line is certainly enabled for CLI. I noted from the Advanced Tech Guide (or Installation Guide) that there was mention of an CLIDSP daughterboard being required. Please could you confirm if this is the case, and advise of the part number

I have noticed that there are APA-4 boards (described APA-4 ICG) with a slightly different part no. (3EH73031BF) – perhaps these are later/UK compatible boards that give CLIP without a daughterboard?

Any ideas?

CLIDSP daughter board is required part number 3EH73034AB.

You also need to make sure the equipment is earthed correctly.
