Following “MEVO 4645 install procedure (see document attached)”,
I try to install, configure and associate the voice mail MEVO 4645 to a PBX user but after the installation when I hang up the phone set where I configure the Voice mail MEVO 4645, I hear the following message :
“You have voice messages waiting, to consult your mailbox, please dial 43”
If I dial 43, I hear the busy tone
If I dial the voice mail number, I hear the busy tone
If I dial my secret code, I hear the busy tone

So, it's impossible to access to the Voice mail menu (MEVO 4645)
And when I start "incvisu" command, I have the following message :

We try many times with different patch : F5.401.11e, F5.401.18, F5.401.27, F5.401.31
But we never succeed to activate Voice Mail MEVO 4645 on a analog user, we have always the same message below when we put down the MEVO 4645 phone set

Did you see this problem before ? My OXE release is : R7.1 / F5.401.27

Mmmh. Looks okay. Strange.
I would try the latest patch 35 and hope.
For the moment no idea....

If you - or a colleague - is an ACSE I would request Patch 35 from Alcatel-Lucent...

Did you try to play with Eva_tool (4645 partition format / 4645 partition check)?

What does the display shows when accessing the A4645 from a digital set by dialling the 7099?

I will try but on which version did you try to activate MEVO 4645 and you are sure that it's working ?

On many different versions.
And I'm not sure as it is software

I don't really understand ! I checked new available patches (static and dynamic) for OXE and I noticed that F540136b includes the correction of my 4645 problem :

RA crms00143357 BOURGEOIS Claude - Messages left on 4645 voicemail not accessible

So, I download and install F540136 and F540136b on my OXE and this problem already exist !

Is there anybody who has the same problem and try to install the last patch as me ?

Before, I attach the procedure to install MEVO 4645 ! Do you think I made a mistake ?

This problem is really incredible because MEVO 4645 is a basic functionnality !

Can you help me !

Open an eSR with Alcatel, if you applied the patch and still fails may be another problem.
