PHD not work...

Good night to all,
once the OMC7 became available, I installed and noticed the new facilities in the tool trace PHD ...
but a few days here, the PHD stopped working (not just open). Already installed and re-installed the OMC but still not opening the PHD.
What was that this problem can you help me?

If you connect to OXO using ethernet it works only from R5.1. If you use V24 you can use it for previous releases. Also you must be online in order to use it.

but this is exactly my problem, even in the PABX connected by ethernet, I click to open the PHD and he does not open ... : (Before opening ....
tried to track v24, via Ethernet and modem-RMA ... is not working ... click to open and not open

ps.: in my omc6 work's phd!!!!

Did you try installing it on other machine? Maybe a registry problem on yours. I have 2 OMC R7: 9.1a and 17.1a. Omn both PHD works well.

I have the same problem with Vista, but XP is ok with R7. Have someone try it on Vista?

Still does not solve my problem ...
I tried to install the omc on another PC, worked from home ... but after a few days stopped working too (just not open when you open the program sends Tools-> OSC (PhD)
I tried to open the program directly from bin directory of the omc ... gives an error that lack. dll file ... search for file on the Internet, put in the bin folder of the omc to and the program asked another DLL file ..
could someone help

May be you have some kind of virus on your PC, that deletes some files? Try to use antivirus.

My PC is with AVG .. automatically updates all day ... I also installed the "Spybot - Search & Destroy" updated .... both find nothing in my pc. I've done the scandisk (chkdsk) and do not find errors ... and you reinstall the omc.
Ps.: I think it was right after q tried to open the file on a manual (.../ pcxtools / omc / R7xx / bin / phd.exe
I did the test on another computer here at the company and now the problem is also in another computer ... or uninstalling the software and reinstando WTO resolves the problem ...
PHD In the omc works perfectly R6
that this problem only in the PHD omc R7x (9 and 17)
