Can not make call on E1 Trunk

Post by phengvanna »

I have created E1 trunk and also connected the E1 circuite
All 30 time show free (F). When sieze for call out channel change to Busy (B). It look very fine but the problem is can call out
It sieze trunk send dialing digits and then diconnect.

At Public swith site they're able to trace signla for calling in and calling out
Singal send by PABX is goes until public switch. (But public does not reconize the signal that sent by PABX and release.
Note: PABX is OXE R 6.1.1, public switch signal is R2 Q421
E1 trunk:
Board PCM R2 CAS
Trunk type: COM/MIXED
Trunk COS :28
Register signal MF R2

Thanks

Do you send the good number of digits ?

-Yes Caller ID was declare with name: "Dial by name and mini message -yes"
- I do not manage ARS
- Number of digit to send is 10 "without counting prefix"
T3 will give when I make trace

No, regarding the caller id with NAME I am talking about the CO.
The CO can send you the name of the caller. If the option is turned ON in the PBX (under system / external parameters) and if the CO doesn't have the option turned ON, then you won't be able to make any phone calls. This option has to be the same on both nodes.
