Dear Experts,

One user an two multilines with different internal Numbers work´s.

My problem:

an internal IT-Hotline (1999) from my customer with 10 or more users.
all this user with different internal number want use the Hotline Number 1999 for outgoing internal dials...... i can not create a multiline with the same number on different sets. the hotline can be a virtuell set or any other set Outgoing external call´s can use "personal calling number".

Can you help me?

You can create a virtual set with a PRIMARY key (1999) and the other set (user) you can program the same key but with different meaning with SECONDARY KEY
