4635 voice guides

Hi,

Does anybody know, where are the voice guides in the 4635 system (is that in one file ore something else)?

How can I upload customers own voice guides (the customer recorded that in studio)?

How can I make the configuration, to play the specific voice guide instead of recording it on set when entering voice mail?

Any information woukd be very usefull for me....please help.
