GD reboot without warning

what does it mean below?

GD did reboot without any warning, though, code(5857) says is GD has no enough buffer descriptor, but i still don't know how to solve this problem.

has anyone any idea? thanks.

To Elliot: This happens when not paying attention.

To Jerry: Just use the command more with all the files in /var/log and capture screen, then post the text file here.
GA well configured? Other GA plugged in shelf without being configured? (anyway this is seen in logs so just post the logs as Eliott says)

In my opinion we have two options left - try to replace hardware or try to upgrade software
